For over 20 years, she has served as a Director of Patient Services, leading multidisciplinary teams with a strong commitment to quality, compliance, and excellence in care delivery.

Her extensive experience includes oversight of internal and external audits, comprehensive staff training in clinical and regulatory topics, and decades of experience in clinical visits and documentation standards. Abosede ensures that care delivery consistently meets the highest standards of accuracy, accountability, and patient-centered service.

Man - Compliance & Operational Excellence

With over 10 years of expertise in administrative and corporate compliance, Man provides strategic oversight in the operational integrity across LHCSA healthcare agencies. As a compliance officer for more than five years, he has successfully supported and led multiple internal and external audits, strengthening regulatory readiness and organizational performance.

Man specializes in developing Policies and Procedures, creating compliance training programs, and participating in key regulatory and governance initiatives, including CQI, Board of Governors and Emergency Disaster Preparedness planning. He is experienced in credentialing processes and delivering effective compliance training to staff at all levels.
